Roman Sinyavsky, broker and owner of Family International Realty LLC, founded in 2002, and brand manager of Miami VIP Properties, founded in 2009, just celebrated 20 years in real estate on July 10, 2015.

Roman has sold property in almost every neighborhood in South Florida, from Jupiter to Coral Gables and everywhere in between. His specialty lies in luxury oceanfront property, primarily in Hallandale Beach, Sunny Isles Beach, Bal Harbour, and Miami Beach. These areas house some of the most prestigious addresses in the world, with incomparable ocean views and beachfront lifestyles.

Roman has worked with every type of client, from the first time home buyer to foreign investor. He has worked with many prominent South Florida developers, from Jorge Perez of Related Group, to Gil Dezer, of Dezer Development. He has established relationships with other brokers and agents across South Florida, allowing mutual priority access to listings. Roman and his agents have listed at many condo hotels, including the Ritz Carlton, St. Regis, W, Setai, etc. He works closely with banks to ensure his clients have access to financing, if needed. And most importantly, he dedicates himself to procuring the best real estate deal for his clients through strategic negotiation. During the real estate crises of the last decade, Roman was among the few real estate professionals able to sustain his business by continuing to offer exceptional service. Family International Realty was founded to provide trustworthy real estate representation for its “family” of clients.

Elizabeth Sinyavsky, Roman’s daughter, joined the family business in the fall of 2014. She earned her Florida real estate license in 2010, but remained a full-time student earning her Bachelors of Business Administration in International Business at The George Washington University, and then, her Masters of Science in Public Relations and Corporate Communication from New York University. She now works full-time as the assistant brand manager of Miami VIP Properties, and manager and sales associates for Family International Realty LLC.

We are always looking to add to our team of trusted agents and brokers to go out and represent the company. Family International Realty is an international family of luxury real estate specialists. We are a boutique brokerage with limited resources, so instead of hiring in bulk and providing beginner career training, we tend to attract more independent, mid-career enthusiasts. Our broker, with his 20+ years of experience in South Florida real estate, is happy to guide and advise all his associates; however, he carries much of the business and is simply limited on time. That being said, a suitable candidate to join our “family” would have at least a year of real estate experience dealing with leases and listings. Our associates are all familiar with official real estate contracts and their terms, working on MLS and its various forms (Fusion, Matrix, etc.), doing research and marketing outside MLS, and the step-by-step process of buying, selling, and leasing real estate.
